Description: This face-on galaxy has a low surface brightness and needs a good skies. In these conditions and equipment this was a pretty bright object. The core is highly elongated in N-S direction and quite large. Spiral structure is obvious. The massive eastern spiral arm is visible with direct vision, it ends just little before SN2004et. There is also another arm between the core and eastern arm. Its quite faint but clearly visible with averted vision. The western arm is much fainter than eastern. Several stars lies on the galaxy.
