Description: ~11 mag supernova on the west side of the core. It's clearly faitner than 10.5 mag star TYC 4383-1099-1 on the SW side of the field, but brighter than three 12 mag stars on the east side.

Description: Kaksi tummaa juovaa halkaisee galaksin epäsymmetrisesti irroittaen keskustan erilliseksi saarekkeeksi. Keskustassa pölyjuovien tuntumassa useita kirkkaampia alueita, etenkin keskustan eteläpuoli on selvästi kirkkaampi kuin muut osat. Galaksin länsipuoli on itäpuolta pitempi. Myös pölykiekkojen tyvet ovat kirkkaampia osia. Huono keli pilasi näkymää jonkin verran, mutta LPR -suodin teki kuvasta siedettävän.

Description: M82: Ytimen itä-puolella pieni lovi, joka ei kuitenkaan halkaise koko galaksia. M81: Kirkkaan ytimen ympärillä vaalea ''huntu'' vailla yksityiskohtia. Etualalla kolme Linnunradan tähteä. NGC 3077: Ydin aavistuksen kirkkaampi kuin galaksin ulko-osat.
