Description: A warm-up sketch for the new observation season. Full darkness hasn't begun but M57 was still awesome. Famous ring structure was clearly visible with direct vision. NW and SW edges were brighter than other ring, especially NW edge was bright, sharp and eye-catching. Very faint central star has involved with faint nebula which conceals central hole. Central star was visible less than 10% of time. 15th mag galaxy IC 1296 lies 4' to west from M57. IC 1296 is only a faint haze without details.
